1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is AJ and LJ Mills Partnership T/A LolliesNZ (the Promoter).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must provide a valid email address.
- Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
- Entry is made by completing the giveaway registration form on this website.
- The permitted re-entry timeframe may vary between giveaways and will be stated on the relevant giveaway entry form.
- Entries that exceed the stated entry limits may be deemed invalid.
- Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted.
4. Prize
- The prize pool for each giveaway is displayed on the relevant giveaway entry form.
- Prizes are issued as giveaway vouchers.
- Giveaway vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers will have an expiry date of not less than six (6) months from the date of issue.
- No substitutions or exchanges are available.
5. Draw and notification
- Winners are selected at random from eligible entries.
- Draw timing and frequency will be stated on the giveaway entry form or associated page.
- Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
- Winners must make contact within seven (7) days of notification.
- If contact is not made within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

- We reserve the right to end, restart, suspend, or cancel any giveaway (and, where applicable, void entries) if this site or giveaway software is disrupted, damaged, or otherwise affected by technical issues or events.
